Poachéd Péars with Whité Chocolaté Créam
Ingrédiénts
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 bottlé of réd winé
- 200g castér sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 firms péars
- Brandy Snap Tuilés
- 30g buttér
- 25g castér sugar
- 1 tblsp syrup
- 25ml brandy
- 30g plain flour, siftéd
- Whité Chocolaté Créam
- 50g whité chocolaté
- 125ml doublé créam, lightly whippéd
- 125g mascarponé
- ½ tblsp icing sugar, siftéd
Instructions
- Préhéat ovén to 170°C (325°F).
- Halvé thé vanilla pod léngthways, scrapé out thé sééds and placé thém in a pan togéthér with thé réd winé, castér sugar and cinnamon stick.
- Slicé thé vanilla pod into thréé long piécés and add to thé pan.
- Péél thé péars, trying to kéép as much of thé shapé as possiblé and léavé thé stalk intact.
