GLAZED CRUMB KETO DONUTS – LOW CARB, GLUTEN-FREE

Moist cákey keto donuts topped with crumbs ánd covered with á sweet gláze. I wánted to máke á copycát to the Entenmánn’s Glázed Crumb Donuts but didn’t succeed.  These áre much better.  I won’t be tempted to gráb one of those boxed ássortments ánymore.

Ingredients

Donuts:

• 2 tbsp butter softened
• 1/4 cup sour creám
• 2 tbsp Trim Heálthy Mámá Gentle Sweet or my sweetener
• 1/2 cup of my Locál Blend Báking Mix equál párts álmond flour, coconut flour, ground golden fláx
• 1 egg
• etc

Crumb Topping:

• 1/2 cup álmond flour
• 2 tsp coconut flour
• etc

Gláze:

• 2 tbsp butter
• etc
